What are the marketplace fees?

Listing is free - there are no listing fees, commission on sales, or monthly subscription costs. Japan Convoy does not process transactions, so nothing is deducted from what a buyer pays you. Fees apply only where a deal uses our fulfilment service (inspection, packaging, customs and shipping), and those are quoted per deal before you commit.

How do I receive payments for my sales?

Japan Convoy does not process payments. Buyers negotiate and settle with you directly on the terms you agree - wire transfer is standard for export, with letters of credit common on larger orders. Japan Convoy invoices separately only where a deal uses our fulfilment service.

What if a buyer wants a refund?

Returns and refunds are agreed between you and the buyer, since payment is settled directly between you - Japan Convoy holds no funds and cannot issue a refund on your behalf. Set your return terms out clearly when you agree the deal. Where a deal used our fulfilment service, we can supply the inspection report and photos as evidence in a dispute.

How do I ship products internationally?
