Questions
Who places the bid?
A licensed member of the auction house, our partner, bids for you up to your maximum. You never bid directly, and we never go above your limit.
What does the auction grade mean?
Japanese auction sheets grade cars from S (like new) down to 1. Grade 4.5 or higher means very good condition, 4 is good, and R means the car has been repaired. The original sheet always has the final word.
How do I pay for a car?
After a win, our partner invoices you for the car, auction fees and any export services. You pay the partner directly by bank transfer.
What is the deposit for?
A refundable deposit lets you request bids. It covers the partner if a won car isn't paid for, and it stays on your account for your next bids.
Can I see what similar cars sold for?
Yes. Members see the price range of comparable cars sold in the last 120 days on every car's page.
